Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- UK: 2-5 working days
- Europe: 5-10 working days
- Rest of the World: 7-15 working days
Please note that these times are estimates and delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
